Healthy and delicious Paratha recipe for Kids !

If you have a fussy eater at home, you will surely be able to relate to my everyday dilemma of feeding a picky eater. 

Making my daughter eat 1 meal becomes a big battle  for us and then we have to also feed healthy food to our little ones so that their growing is not compromised.

I always have to keep trying and experimenting with my kitchen ingredients, today morning after making Chocolate Sandesh I still had little Cottage cheese left so I thought rather than wasting it why not make healthy and delicious paratha out of it?

Hence, I added a few favorite ingredients of my daughter and made some healthy parathas for lunch.

Ingredients required


* Chenna/ Cottage cheese – of about 300 ml of milk
* Wheat flour – 6 tablespoons
* Oil – 2 tablespoons
* Spices – Turmeric and chili powder as per taste
*Salt – As per taste
* Water – as per requirements



* You can add any vegetables as per your choice.

* It tastes best with curd.

Not only is this very easy to make it is also healthy, but Cottage cheese also is a rich source of protein and is good for bones and teeth.
Also adding vegetables makes it more worthwhile.
